Liability and Media Release Terms and Conditions

Participation in dance activities may result in injury. While proper safety precautions are instilled at all times during services, accidents may still occur. When you as the client book with Manda Oliver Dance, you the client accept full liability for any and all injuries or stolen/damaged personal property. You as the client agree to not hold Manda Oliver Dance, or any venues used to provide services by Manda Oliver Dance, liable for injury or stolen/damaged personal property. 

Media Release Statement

Services provided by Manda Oliver Dance may be recorded or photographed, and used for promotional content. When you as the client book with Manda Oliver Dance, you the client grant the right to any and all photographic, video, or audio materials captured during the services. If the student or participants are under the age of 18, the parent or guardian will receive a separate Media Release Statement, so that the parent or Guardian may opt out of the Media Release Agreement. I, as the instructor, retain the right to capture a service in any method, but will always ask before capturing any photographic, video, or audio materials of the service.
